Operations Manager for 4* Hotel in Kerry

Richard Lynch Consulting are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a 4* Hotel in Kerry, with 3+ years experience in a similar role. The Hotel has busy Food and Beverage Outlets and a popular Conference/Banqueting suite catering for Weddings and other very special Events.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Your role is to manage all daily operations in the Hotel – Food & Beverage, Wedding & Events, Front of House, Rooms Division etc.., taking a "hands on" approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and continually improve standards and service on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

  • Ideal Operations Manager candidate will have a similar Management experience in busy 4* Deluxe properties, similar style Irish Hotel experience preferred.

  • Naturally highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and Professional Development.

  • You will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations.

  • Proven relevant IT and Financial Management experience in this role is required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Specific Purpose
