Richard Lynch Consulting are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a 4* Hotel in Kerry, with 3+ years experience in a similar role. The Hotel has busy Food and Beverage Outlets and a popular Conference/Banqueting suite catering for Weddings and other very special Events.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Your role is to manage all daily operations in the Hotel – Food & Beverage, Wedding & Events, Front of House, Rooms Division etc.., taking a "hands on" approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and continually improve standards and service on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
Ideal Operations Manager candidate will have a similar Management experience in busy 4* Deluxe properties, similar style Irish Hotel experience preferred.
Naturally highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and Professional Development.
You will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations.
Proven relevant IT and Financial Management experience in this role is required.
